How it works

The judgement first. The work after.

You know your field. We keep track of what changes around it: how people search, what search engines and AI find about you, and where your peers stand. Then we tell you what it means and we arrange the improvement.

Four deliveries, and the last one is what you pay for

Most parties stop at a report. A report is a bill for reading. What you need is a judgement: what is going on, why, how you stand against the others, and what you do about it. In that order, because that is how a decision gets made.

What people find about you today

What is literally on the screen for your name, on Google and on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. Word for word, side by side, not summarised. This is the only part where you see something you could not have known.

Why that is

Whether it is the site, the sources your reputation leans on, or the questions you stay silent on. Every finding from the first delivery is traced back to a cause here, so nothing is left unexplained.

Why they choose the other firm

Your position beside the firms you lose work to, and whether it is the firm selling itself there or the person. This is the part that gets uncomfortable, and that is the point.

What you do about it

In order of what returns the most, with a measurement model that tells you later whether it is working, and a decision memo you can take to your partners.

Your presence is not one thing. It is layers: the site, the profiles, the data underneath and what a machine reads back. We keep all four in order, not just the top one.

What we need from you

Every step names what we ask of you, so nothing waits on a question nobody asked.

Introduction

We go through what you need and whether this fits. If it does not fit, we say so.

From you: your web address, and whoever decides.

The conversations at the start

We get to know your firm, your clients and where you are heading. Without that you measure something, but you judge nothing.

From you: your practice areas, your audience, and what makes you different.

Four deliveries, four conversations

Each part is gone through with you, not sent as a file. You build towards the decision in four steps.

From you: one conversation per delivery.

The decision memo and the session

The whole is gone through with the people who have to decide with you.

From you: your partners at the table.

After that: carrying it out and keeping watch

The roadmap and the measurement model from the last delivery are exactly what the ongoing work then carries out. The final session is a handover, not a conclusion.

From you: a message when something changes.

Start with the judgement, not with a proposal
