Findability, researched and maintained

We make sure customers find you.

We research how customers and search engines see you today, fix what holds them back and keep it that way, so your site keeps matching who you are now. You do not have to do a thing.

After the scan we go through the result together in a short online call. You will not get a report in your inbox.

What we are building

Building the system that keeps SMEs, speakers and coaches findable. For now one client at a time, by hand and by measurement.

Four businesses joined in a single month. Every site we manage makes the next one better: across all four we see what works and what does not, and that goes straight back into the next one.

We go fully live in early October. Until then early access is open: today's prices, and the attention of a firm that only has four.

Scan my website
See it. Explain it. Fix it.

You do not have to track digital change yourself.

Beacy researches what is changing in customer behaviour, search behaviour, technology and competition, explains what that means for your business, and then carries out the improvement.

01

We research how you are found

We measure how findable you are, what holds customers back on your site, how competitors are doing and what is shifting in search behaviour and technology.

02

We explain what that means for you

Not a technical report full of jargon, but clear choices: what deserves attention, what can wait and what you can ignore.

03

We carry out the improvement

We adjust the website, build what is needed and keep watching whether everything still fits.

A website that was delivered once
  • Built, handed over and never touched again
  • Technology and tracking code nobody maintains
  • Still describes what your business used to do
  • Invisible to new ways of searching
A website that keeps growing with you
  • Maintained continuously after launch
  • Adapts as customer behaviour, technology or search behaviour changes
  • Describes what your business does today
  • Keeps matching what you do today

You only have to explain your business once. Read why this works differently to an agency →

Free scan

We scan your website and go through the result together.

You get three answers. Whether a customer immediately understands what you do and where to click. Whether you can be found online and whether what is found about you is accurate. And whether something under your site is costing you customers or trouble. This is the quick check, not a deep audit. Enter your site below and we will look at it personally and go through your result with you.

We look at your site, personally

We look at your site itself, including cookies and tracking. No automated report comes out of it.

02

We go through it in an online call

In a short call we go through your result together.

We explain what we see and advise you on what matters first. No report in your inbox.

03

We call sooner if it is urgent

If we find something that cannot wait, we call you before the meeting is even scheduled.

No obligation and no subscription: this is only a request for the free scan. Our terms (Dutch) apply to the scan as well, and set out what you may and may not expect from it. If you become a client we make separate arrangements for that.

Prefer to email directly? Email us at [email protected].

Anything specific you want us to look at?

Curious how exactly we measure? The full explanation is there (Dutch).

You do not maintain your website. Behind the scenes something happens every month.

A website is never finished. Your prices change, your team changes, a new rule arrives, your hosting provider does something different.

"From 15 September something changes at your hosting provider. We have already handled it, you do not need to do anything."

That is the difference with a site that was delivered once. It stands still from the day it went live, and you only notice when a customer notices.

You run your business. We keep your front door current.

Scan my website
Evidence first

This is what the outcome of such a measurement looks like, in black and white.

We start with a check of your current website. You see how clearly you say what you do, whether you can be found online, whether your cookies and tracking code do what they should, and what we can improve first.

We go through the result together in a short call, so you can ask follow-up questions. First we make the difference visible. Then you decide what is needed.

"Your customer experience is personal. Your website is not."

We see that pattern again and again: strong businesses with a website that sounds like everyone else.

The real business is personal and good at its craft. The website sounds like everyone else. Beacy makes that gap visible, so we improve exactly what matters.

Scan my website
53per cent
On 55 of the 104 websites we measured, tracking left before the visitor had chosen anything.

We loaded 104 Dutch business websites in a real browser, without clicking and without scrolling. On 55 of them measurement traffic left or a tracking cookie was set before consent had been recorded. A banner that is there is not the same as a banner that works, and you only see that difference when someone measures it. This is the most cautious reading of our own data: read more widely it is 59 of the 104.

The figure above comes from our own study of 104 Dutch business websites. These are our own technical measurements, not client results and not a legal judgement. We share names and full reports only with the company's permission.

What it costs

Four things, in this order. And what they cost.

You start with the free scan. What makes sense after that depends on what comes out of it. Sometimes targeted improvement is enough. Sometimes starting over is wiser. We decide that on the measurement, not on a gut feeling.

We look first at what can stay. We are not the sort of firm that wants to sell you everything again as a matter of course.

Check your website

We make visible where customers and search engines misread or half-read your business.

Improve your website

We fix what holds customers back and keep what already works.

New website

When the existing website no longer fits, we build a new foundation that suits your business and can keep growing with it.

Keep moving with it

We watch for change and turn what is relevant into concrete updates.

Beacy Scan €0

See where your website holds customers or search engines back.

Beacy Start €1,950

Targeted improvement of your existing site.

New website €3,950

A new foundation when improving is no longer enough. Complex sites and integrations from €7,500, quoted individually.

Beacy Minimum €69/month

Your site stays up, secure and maintained, with a short written check every month. No changes, no findability work.

Beacy Partner €349/month

Continuous measuring, explaining and improving.

Beacy Growth €749/month

Everything in Partner, plus: we actually carry out the improvements, we track where your customer drops off on the way to contact, and we think along about what is changing in your field.

Minimum keeps your site up. Partner makes it better every month. Which one suits you comes out of the scan.

The first ten clients pay €2,950 for a new website.

Three places are taken, seven to go. You pay a thousand euro less than the normal price. What we ask in return: that after launch you say how it went, so the next business owner does not have to take our word for it. We put that arrangement in the agreement, and you decide yourself what you say.

All amounts exclude VAT.

Which of these four suits you comes out of the scan. See the full overview with all conditions (Dutch).

Ownership and transparency

Your website stays yours, even if you ever want to move on.

We take over the upkeep, not the control. No annual contract, and nothing happens without you knowing.

Your domain in your name

The domain name is registered to your company. Not to ours.

You know which accounts exist

Domain, hosting, email and analytics: you get an overview of every account that belongs to your website, and of who can access it. No black box.

Your content stays yours

Your texts, photos and transferable files are and remain yours.

No hidden lock-in

If you ever want to leave, we cooperate with a clean handover of your website and domain.

Nothing without your approval

We expand nothing and charge nothing extra without you saying yes to it.

Price clear up front

You know in advance what you pay and what is done for it. No surprises on the invoice.

Not just our own opinion: we examined around 1,550 complaints about website and hosting providers in the Netherlands, each with a source URL, and traced every one back to its source. This list is built directly on that. See how it was built up (Dutch).

Who does it

Nick does this for you, from the first check to the last update.

Beacy was founded by me, Nick. I believe in partnerships: not a supplier who disappears after the invoice, but a fixed point of contact who thinks along. If we build your foundation first, we agree six months of upkeep, so the work can prove itself. After that you can cancel any month you like. So I have to earn it again every month.

Why this works differently to an agency

Normally your story passes from hand to hand: from customer research to strategy, from strategy to creative, from creative to account management, from account management to engineering, and then to maintenance. Context disappears at every handover, and that is why so many websites are technically fine and still feel generic.

At Beacy the customer insight, the choices made and the execution stay in one continuous line. You only have to explain your business once. We make sure that after design, build and every following update it still feels like your business.

And if I am away for a while? Your website runs on managed hosting that does not depend on my presence: backups, updates and security carry on. For the work that does need a person, I have a standing backup. And your domain, texts and login details are in your name, so you can carry on without me at any moment. That is exactly why I set it up this way.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before you request anything.

Will you also make sure I am easier to find online?

Yes. That is where the work starts: we find out whether people can find you and whether what they find about you is accurate. What we measure there decides what we improve next.

In practice we make sure your site says clearly and currently what you do, who you work for, what makes you different, where you operate and what evidence backs it up. That is the information a search engine uses to match your business to a question. Because your business changes, we keep that information current afterwards.

What we do not do is promise you a top position. See the question about guarantees below.

What do you mean by a managed website?

A website that is not forgotten after launch. We build and host your site, carry out technical updates and keep your texts, services and work current.

New service, fresh photos or a text that no longer fits? Send us a message and we put it online properly. Your website keeps matching the business you are today instead of the business you were when it was built.

Fuller answer (Dutch) →

What does it cost to get my website in order and keep it there?

The check is free. After that it is 1,950 euro to improve your existing site, or 2,950 for a new website while any of the first ten places are still open (3,950 afterwards), plus 349 or 749 per month if you want it to stay that way. Which one applies to you is decided by the scan.

If your site is sound, targeted improvement is enough: that is Beacy Start at €1,950, and after that you move into the monthly part.

If improving is no longer sensible, we build a new website for €3,950, or €2,950 while any of the first ten places are still open. That covers positioning, customer journey, structure, design, build, evidence, findability and the technical foundation, in one continuous line. Complex sites and integrations sit higher, from €7,500 quoted individually. You pay half at the start and half when your site is live, and we agree six months; after that it is cancellable monthly.

The monthly part starts at Beacy Minimum, €69 per month: hosting, security, backups and a short written check every month, without changes and without findability work. If you want your site to actually get better every month, that is Beacy Partner at €349 or Beacy Growth at €749 per month. Which one suits you comes out of your check result and we go through it together. Your domain name, texts and photos stay yours.

If you want a lower monthly cost you can pay a year up front: that gives you two months free, so €3,490 for Partner or €7,490 for Growth. All amounts exclude VAT.

Fuller answer (Dutch) →

Do I still have to do anything technical?

No. The technical work is ours. You do not have to manage hosting, plugins, security updates or settings.

We do sometimes need input from you, for instance a new photo, an adjusted service or approval on a text. You bring the knowledge of your business, we make sure it goes online properly.

Fuller answer (Dutch) →

Can you guarantee that Google or AI will mention my business?

No. Google and external AI systems decide for themselves which businesses they show or mention.

What we can improve is how clearly, completely and currently your website describes your business. That gives those systems more usable information to understand when your business fits a specific question.

Fuller answer (Dutch) →

I already have a web agency. What then?

That is fine. The check is still free and you get in black and white what is there now. If you want to stay where you are, simply pass our findings to your current builder. Then you have a second opinion and we are done.

If you do want to move, we handle it. We take over your domain, hosting and if needed your existing website, or build a new technical foundation if that fits better. You do not have to work out DNS settings or technical handovers. Still under contract? Then we plan the move around your notice period.

Fuller answer (Dutch) →

Do you handle cookies and privacy as well?

We check common technical points around cookies and privacy and help set them up properly. We check whether your banner actually blocks, not just whether it is there.

Our check is not legal advice and not a legal guarantee. When specialist legal advice is needed, we say so clearly.

Do you know the answer to all three?

Does your cookie banner really do what it promises. Can you be found when someone searches for what you do. Is your evidence on your own site, at the point where someone decides. Those are the three we measure for you. Free, and you hear from us what comes out, including when the result is that it is in good shape.

You enter your name and your site, we look at it personally and go through the result with you.
